2. Eligibility for a refund
You may be entitled to a full or partial refund of our service fee in the following circumstances:
- Application denial: if your UK ETA application is denied by the UK authorities after our submission, you may request a refund of our service fee.
- Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same application due to a technical error.
- Cancellation before review: if you request cancellation before our team has begun reviewing your application, you may request a full refund of our service fee.
3. Non-refundable situations
