Are you the UK Government?+

No. UK ETA Portal Online is an independent travel assistance company. We are not affiliated with the UK Government, the Home Office, or UK Visas and Immigration. You may apply directly through GOV.UK without our service.

What does your service include?+

We provide a streamlined application form, expert review of your details and documents, submission support, and dedicated 24/7 customer assistance until you receive a decision from the UK authorities.

How long does the UK ETA take to process?+

Most applications are reviewed and approved within 72 hours. Some decisions arrive within minutes, but we recommend applying at least 3 business days before travel.

How long is the UK ETA valid?+

Up to 2 years (or until your passport expires, whichever comes first). It allows multiple entries with stays of up to 6 months per visit.

What do I need to apply?+

A valid biometric passport, a personal photograph, a valid email address, and a payment method (credit/debit card or supported wallet).

What if my application is denied?+

Government decisions are made solely by UK authorities. We offer a refund of our service fee under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

Can I apply for my family?+

Yes. Each traveller — including children — requires their own ETA application.

Which payment methods do you accept?+

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, JCB and Unionpay, depending on your region.
